Stayed here while visiting family in Tempe. It's a low-price, no-frills park with mostly long-term residents in dilapidated RVs and mobile homes. Unfortunately, there's a lot of traffic noise from Main Street/Apache Trail near the front of the park where the majority of the short-term RV sites were located. The owners were friendly, the gravel site with concrete pad was level, but my site seemed to be the local dog relief area without being cleaned up. The restrooms and laundry facility had recently flooded and were not in working order. I think the GoodSam ratings are overly generous I would suggest looking elsewhere.

The shower house/restroom was by far the grossest place I've ever set foot and might be recommended for demolition and a rebuild. Good Sam: you MISSED you mark on this one. Side note:... Read More
