DO NOT STAY HERE. Garbage everywhere. All run down. They advertise indoor and outdoor pool. Indoor pool had no water. Outdoor pool had cover on it. When I asked about it, owner said he would take it off whenever I wanted to swim. Said he had it covered so he didn't have to clean dirt out of it. Gross!!! No way am I going to use a pool they do t clean. I asked for my money back. The owner got in my face and refused. I was afraid did not trust him. We left. DO NOT STAY HERE!!

I am really surprised Good Sam would even rate this park. About 90% of park are residents, vehicle up on Block, 4 and 5 vehicles per site with people coming and going all thru the night. Must be careful walking do to dog waste not cleaned up. Restrooms are used late at night by drifters, left very messy and gave us a feeling of poor security throughout the park. Neighbor wouldn't connect his sewer hose correctly so I kindly asked him to disconnect due to heavy sewer smell. The sitesBottom line,... Read More

This is more a run-down trailer park than an RV park. The pool was broken, the exercise room had old, broken equipment, the women's restroom had no door, the toilets and shower had mold, and a male janitor came in to mop the floors while I was in there. The electric power was inadequate and caused problems with my RV.

The place is very cramped and not a place I would stay again. I'm surprised that it had good ratings.

Huge gravel parking lot with no grass and few trees. 90 % full timers. Small bathroom a long distance away. WIFI shared amongst dozens of users therefore difficult to connect to. To say the proprietor is lacking in social skills is an understatement. It seems clear that he hates his job and doesn't want to be here. You can stay here if you need to, but if you have a choice I would look elsewhere.
