Upon pulling into Flagstaff RV resort was met by the female campground host. Not a pleasant person in any sense of the word. Not even a smile or hello. Ok, maybe she just had a bad day we all do. She gives me the list of DO NOT DO's which is rather long. Cannot put up a pet fence. Your pet must be leashed to you at all times outdoors. This rule does not appear anywhere until you check in. No bathroom facilities. No running of your a/c or heat without incurring additional charges. No using your washer,... Read More

No bathroom facilities. No running of your a/c or heat without incurring additional charges. No using your washer, they did have a laundromat that was pretty dirty. Lot was extremely narrow. Picnic table so disgusting I wouldn't use it. I once again ran into the campground host at the laundromat on another day and I made a comment about 2.75 for wash. Everyplace else I had stopped so far had ranged from .25 to .75 but I don't know if 2.75 is a good deal as I am new at the RV game. Her response was "You got a problem with that? We are lucky to have this available, in town it's 4.50. If you want to go into town go ahead". So I guess my first time meeting her wasn't a fluke. She's just not a nice person. I would think an owner of an RV park would want a welcoming greeter at their door. So in my opinion I cannot recommend this spot. Flagstaff itself was wonderful. Weather was great and all the other places in town we visited were very welcoming.

Not your ideal RV park. This is a mature park that needs some serious TLC. On arrival, I was informed that I was 15 minutes early for check in. I was accommodated but not before I was told the paper work was not ready. Our site was very narrow, but long. after slides were out we could barely slip by the side of the coach. The Park rules sheet informed us that use of an air conditioner or a space heater would be an additional 2 dollars a day, and do not use your coach washer. In a lifetime of... Read More

In a lifetime of camping, we have never seen this one before. There is no cable, restrooms, or laundry. WI-FI , although available, is very slow. (A premium package is available for extra cost.) Picnic tables are falling apart. Overall, unless your desperate I would avoid this location…
