Clean, nice pool, extra clean restrooms. Rules of all kinds were posted all over. We counted 24 posted in the pool area alone! We were part of a big group (4 different campers total) and we were treated like we weren't wanted. The park seems to cater to older couples without kids and long term rver's. We had back in sites next to the pool. We have a triple axle toy hauler & because of the dip in the road, we scraped the bottom of our camper (one of the wheels were completely off the ground!) just... Read More

And this was after management moved us from the original spot they were going to put us in because of our rig size! The lady that checked us in was very friendly. The guy that rode around picking up trash all the time was very nice as well. Other staff members didn't speak to us at all. But they were friendly to the ones that obviously live there long term. This was our second stay at this campground but we learned that our previous stay (3 years ago) was under different management. We will not be back.

For $40/night this was a huge disappointment. The RVs are packed very close together, and the "lake" is basically an algae covered drainage ditch. The bathrooms & showers are hard to get to - while I am writing this I have still been unable to find the bathrooms listed on the park map. The pool pictures online are very flattering of this small space. Basically a long term retirement resort... Didn't feel family friendly. And to top it off, THE WIFI WAS TERRIBLE! I would not recommend this place... Read More

We wanted a few days to get a way and catch our breath. Wow, this was just the place. The park is clean and the staff is helpful and friendly. The pool and water park area was the place to be to relax. We will for sure return for a long weekend. The amenities are awesome....great cable tv, hook ups are easy, concrete pads and large. If you are in the area, Look up Fish River Grill for great Mississippi catfish and Swamp soup...yummy.
