A great location in a fantastic city. The sites are a dusty open gravel parking lot with very little area per drive through site but they are close to all the important areas of town. Free WIFI is advertised but, as I found out, severely limited. I used three days allotted usage in less than one half hour. This should be mentioned in advertising as restricted as sites are pricey. It seemed to be kept as clean as possible. We have stayed there before and probably would again due to location.

This facility is very nice and clean and the location is the best part. The RV sites are extremely small if you have an RV with tip out and your neighbor has tip outs you have about 6 inches between them so you are unable to be outside and enjoy sitting around picnic table with others. We were unable to put our awning out as the neighbors tip outs were out and there was no room so we had no shade from the sun. And yes the location is awesome, especially for us as my husband recently had knee surgery so being just a short distance from downtown activities was perfect. Although you do pay for the location as it was more expensive than any other RV park. They advertise free WiFi and it is but you have limited time allotted to use the internet IF you can get on. They first night I tried to use it, it took over 45 min just to sign in to get your signal. When I questioned the owners about this they got very defensive and told me to go somewhere else to get my internet. I told them they needed to change their advertisement to free/limited WiFi so people know what to expect and they didn't appreciate my truths. So if you don't mind just staying in your RV while at campground reading this is your spot. Dawson City is an awesome place to visit though so enjoy the city.
