We only stayed here a couple nights, the spaces were long enough but not very big. This park seems to have lots of full time residents, that being said it was clean and quiet. The pool looked fine even though we did not use it. The laundry room had lots of washers and dryers in good condition. There were only two showers for the men and also for the women. The women's showers were dirty from previous people usage. The showers did not have a place to sit down or a place for your soap and shampoo.... Read More

Nice park in town. Easy access and close to everything, including a Walmart within walking distance. Park is off main roads with very little noise. Large speed bumps keep speeds down. Includes pool, basketball and tennis courts, clean secure rest rooms with showers, large laundry room and nice view of nearby mountains. Rec. room not open beyond office hours. We stayed for a couple nights while visiting White Sands and the Ruidoso area. There are a lot of full time park models in this facility with a section for overnighters and others. All pavement but some shade trees. The pool is in very good condition and restrooms are average (could use some updating). There is an onsite hair salon which some might like. We would stay there again.
