This was one of the nicest and most expensive parks we have stayed in. We had a delux site on the river. Our site had a covered patio and a nice fire pit. They had a nice dog park which our little dog enjoyed. The laundry only had 4 washers and 1 was inoperative. I generally do not care much for KOA parks. We are seniors and I feel we are paying for the water park, pool, and game room which we do not use.

Friendly staff who took us to our camp sites. Easily accessible from the highway, which was nice as we were only staying one night. We also had a good sized, pull-through spot so we didn't have to unhook. They have a really nice dog park that was fenced so our friend could be unleashed and run after a long day of driving. Would definitely stay here again.

This KOA seems relatively new and has nice large pull through sites. RVs are not stacked next to one another with barely room to walk. Nice green space as well and they have the best K9 Kamp I've seen. Showers are clean and good size. The staff was great! I recommend this location when visiting western Colorado.

The campground is located on an almost stagnant inlet of the Colorado River but you can see the river from the campground. Level gravel sites. One of the better KOAs that we have visited. There is a pool and hot tub. The bathrooms and showers are good size and clean. Laundry on site with 5 washers & dryers. They have 80 psi water pressure so a regulator is recommended. There is a Super Wal Mart and other stores in Rifle, a few miles West of Silt. There is a nice triple stream waterfall north... Read More

We used this as a base to explore Glenwood Spring, which is about 20 minutes away using I-70. This park is new and sparkling. The staff are all friendly and helpful, and the facilities are spotless. We had a riverfront spot (C2) that was plenty big enough for our 35' with 2 slides and very easy to back into. The pool and hot tub were closed since it was after Labor Day, but the Glenwood hot springs were easy to get to and as nice as ever.

Our coach is a Class A 45' with 4 slides, this can make it hard to find a campground in some areas. This KOA had only been open a few months but we absolutely loved the park. It just feels down to earth, not anything fancy but everything you could need. The staff was wonderful when we checked in. While it is gravel and grass it was nicely done with plenty of space for our large coach. Having the river in your back yard is wonderful, we took our white lab for a swim and the entire park is very dog... Read More

I didn't give the restrooms 5 stars because I never actually saw them, but based on the rest of the park I knew they had to be nice.
