Have been in rv parks across Canada and the U.S, and this the best so far. Absolutely pristine facilities. Large, level lots with great high-speed wi-fi and cable tv. State of the art fitness center and beautiful spa-like showers. Excellent location on the water in lovely part of Michigan. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. Owners and staff extremely helpful and responsive. Friendly regulars rave about the place which explains why it was difficult to book a date. We hope to get in again... Read More

Very nice RV park. The cleanest bathrooms of any campground/RV park that my wife and I have encountered. As others have stated, the waste water facility will put a damper on your stay if the wind is blowing the right(wrong) way. My overall rating would be five stars however the wind was not so kind on one of the days we stayed. My wife and I are still debating if we would come back. All the amenities and the great location out weigh the smell from the waste water facility. Could be rewarded... Read More

This is a gorgeous and new in 2015 (Big Rig friendly) RV park, badly needed in this area. Large concrete pads, paved streets, nicely grassed sites with steel firepits. No dirt or dust like most RV parks and not a railroad track anywhere near, unlike 99.9% of all RV parks in the country. LOL. It has all the amenities and located right on the Grand River in Grand Haven, making for terrific views. Only issue, it is located right next to a sewage treatment plant. When the winds are blowing in the wrong... Read More

When the winds are blowing in the wrong direction, it is not pleasant. Reserve and request sites as far away as you can from that area. Other than that, a great find and a wonderful place to stay. Sites will accommade Big Rigs.

As previous reviews stated, the park is extremely clean and the staff were top notch. Our first night was great and had no issues with the sewage plant being right next door. The following night however was a different story, the wind switched direction and the remaining time at the camp was spent smelling like poop the whole time. Maybe the sites further away did not have a problem with this but it was so bad we had to cut our nights early from the campfire and go inside the camper. It is very... Read More

It is very unfortunate because the park is very nice but we will not be coming back due to the constant smell of sewage.

The park is just as the previous writer (May 2016) described. River views are best. As the river view sites are front facing, the facility will tow your 5th wheel or trailer to the site and position it as you wish. Even during the Memorial holiday rush, the campground crew performed quickly and safely. Only down side to park is that the some sites in the back of the park are next across from a water plant facility so view through fence isn't the greatest. However, staff are excellent, friendly,... Very nice RV resort, river front spots are the best, but price is a little high. Large pads and the hook ups are well placed. Very nice staff and helpful. Well maintained and very clean. The resort is only a year old and they are still getting the store stocked, so supplies are limited, they just were open one week into the season when we stayed. We would recommend follow RVers to give Eastpoint a try.
