We enjoyed the park. Very nice staff. This was a great place. I loved the beautiful golf course and the cafe next to it where we could watch the golfers make their rounds. We enjoyed the park. Very nice staff. We chose it because of the indoor heated pool and hot tub. We used it a lot. It was not a new place but the pool area was enjoyable. I highly recommend it. so we would stay here again if we return this area.

One of the nicest parks that I have ever stayed in. Quiet, Clean All paved, (No Dust). Not a lot to do around there but it is handy to Bryan/College Station. Also Brenham where the Bluebell creamery is located. The staff is nice and helpful. They sell Propane by the gallon. Very fair on that. Some campgrounds have a flat rate no matter if you are half full or not. I had an outsider wash and wax my RV while I was there and they did a great job. They are allowed to come into the park. They just pay... Read More

Like the previous person said. Not much of a pool. But I didn't use it anyway nor was I going to use it.

This is a brand-new park and possibly represents the parks we'll see in the future. The first thing you'll notice is no picnic tables, no fire pits or rings. Believe me, the park looks great without them! There is lush green grass at every site. It is well mowed and very neat, unbroken by tables and fire rings. How often did you use either...when you traveled. The majority of the park is long term employed, predominantly 5th wheels on back-in sites. The park holds 10-12 pull through sites for overnight... Believe me, the park looks great without them! There is lush green grass at every site. It is well mowed and very neat, unbroken by tables and fire rings. How often did you use either...when you traveled. The majority of the park is long term employed, predominantly 5th wheels on back-in sites. The park holds 10-12 pull through sites for overnight travelers so they don't have unhook. The park is clean to almost prim, and all sites are well kept. The park rules on their brochure include a simply stated "Three strikes and you're out policy". The rules are followed. Everyone likes the owners and the results of the rules, so they don't need enforcement. There is no Texas dust! The roads are double wide blacktop, the RV pads are level cement with blacktop aprons. The sites are very long. The site is half again as wide in the front. Once you are parked, this extra width will be your patio. The utilities are all part of a pagoda style pedestal and work well. Even the pedestal light works! There is lots of room around each site. The cable is very good, sharp and clear. The Wi-fi works very well with a choice of three hot-spots. The bathrooms and showers are all-in-one and cleaned everyday. They smelled bleachy clean and, through not fancy, were utilitarian and all we needed. Very comfortable. There is a small, well maintained home style pool. Also a workout room with new equipment that actually works and is used. A game room with adult games e.g. air hockey, pool, etc. And, a laundry that is very big and clean. All three of these activity rooms pass one to the other and all are next to the office for ease of monitoring. There is also an Assembly Hall for family get togethers, potlucks and other activities. The park is "L" shaped and a picnic shelter/pavilion is located at each end. There are tables, grills and a big fire pit at each. You'll see pictures on their website, it is a great park!

We stayed for two nights at this park and were very, very pleased! It is a new park, so it has a fresh look to it. All of the buildings and facilities were in good shape and well taken care of. The owners were very pleasant and helpful. While located just off of the highway, it is one of the quietest parks we have stayed in. The sites were spacious with plenty of room and grass between them. Because this is a new park, there is very little shade available, but trees have been planted! All of the sites had paved approaches and concrete pads and appeared to be level (our was!). We have been full timers for three years now, and this is one of the best parks we have stayed at, and at very reasonable rates.
