We spent 6 months at Tyler Oaks and absolutely loved it! We have a 43ft Heartland Cyclone with a side and rear patio and they were great about finding us a place to feel comfortable. I can't say enough about the awesome staff and facilities.

I stayed here for a week and I wasn't impressed. I only have power hookups, so the bathroom/shower house is a necessity. The bathroom part wasn't perfectly clean, but it was good enough to start with. As the week went on, they never cleaned it and never restocked the toilet paper. By Sunday, there wasn't any left. The showers were never cleaned either. They got dirtier each day, and if you were the first one to shower in the morning, you would flush all the crickets out of the drain, and if... Read More

I had a pull through site with a concrete pad, a picnic table, and a fire pit. There is no shade in most of the sites, but this time of the year that doesn't really matter. The grass around my site hadn't been cut in a while, so some of it was 2 or 3 feet tall. More for the convenience of not moving, I asked to stay another week. The lady said they are going to be really full, but my site was open and to come back the day I was supposed to pull out (Sunday) and pay for the next week. They decided to close the office on Sunday, so I decided to pull out. I doubt they are really going to be "Full" as they told me the same thing when I pulled in the first week. My row and the 2 rows behind me were empty. Most of the week, I had the entire row to myself, and the row behind me had no one in it. Anyway, I'll look somewhere else next time I'm in town.

This is the third time we have stayed at this park. We like to go to First Monday in Canton, but we always stay in Tyler. Not far from Canton and much more quiet and private than staying in Canton. This park is pet friendly, clean, level concrete pads. Picnic table and fire pits. We have a 40ft - fith wheel. Easy access. We do any shopping in Lindale, TX, its five minutes from park. We don't have any children traveling with us, but the park has plenty for children to do. Pool, play area.... Read More

I like to walk and enjoy walking around the park. park is well lit and I feel very safe. Friendly staff. We will stay here again.

This place truly has something for everyone. Great amenities like big rally room, outdoor pavilion with kitchen. There is disc golf, fishing, playground area and two fishing ponds. They have picnic tables and fire rings at every spot. The pads are full concrete. Do yourself a favor and stay here. The owners are on property and very very helpful
