This was a great facility for a stop-over while taking I-80 across Nebraska. Sites were large and level, restrooms were clean and serviceable, and the best part is the Cabela's store. A bit of traffic noise, surprisingly from Old Post Road, more than the interstate freeway. No reservations, but we had lots of spaces to choose from when we pulled in around 5pm.

This is a great park. The park is clean and quiet. The park has nice large spaces at a reasonable price, the restrooms are clean and private, the laundry is clean with ample space and plenty of machines for a park this size. The sites are full hook ups with water, sewer, 50 amp electric, and even cable TV. We would stay here again.

Very nice campground, and it's at a Cabela's store. Very easy to find along I-80. The campground doesn't take reservations so it's "first come first served". We camped at Cabella's RV Park the first week of May 2019 when the campground was less than half full. In the busy summer travel season this may be a hard place to find space but this campground is worth a try. We selected our campsite and got hooked up then went into the Cabella's store to check in. A very friendly and helpful staff person there took care of us very well. For $27 we had 30 amp electric, water and sewer connections at our site. Our site was level, no adjustments needed. The public restroom and shower facilities in the campground were were excellent. Around the RV Park are plenty of restaurants, fuel stations and you are parked outside of a huge Cabells's store so you are well taken care of during your stop here. I-80 is a heavily traveled road, but it was surprisingly quiet overnight. You should be able to sleep well here. This is a wonderful campground and definitely worth stopping at.

Overnighted at Cabelas on Labor Day on the way to the Black Hills, SD. 14' travel trailer, 2 of us plus 2 small dogs. Used one of the electric hookup only sites. Needed to visit Cabelas anyway so the location was great and Cabelas staff was great as always. Used shower and bath facilities. Showers are small with not much dry place to get dressed, both myself and wife towered up and went to bathrooms to get dressed. Facilities and property were clean and we'll taken care of. Fills up quick in... Read More

We appreciate the easy on and off for this park at the Cabela's store and offices. The sites are fairly level, big rig friendly, the restrooms and laundry room were nice. There are some special amenities for horses/equestrians. The superstore of Cabela's, there's lots to shop for and there's a hot food/deli though it's only operational till about 5 pm. There's no one working at the RV area so you can pay with an envelope or go to the store to pay. They have some special deals - like a free... Read More

They have some special deals - like a free night of camping if you apply for their credit card plus you get a gift card. The only downside, really, is that it's "FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED" so you can't reserve a site. They were quite full by the time evening came. Good place, good value. We have stayed here before when passing through, and would stay again.

Easy access to I-80. Lots of places to eat and Walmart nearby. Don't miss viewing the animals at the Cabela store, where you check in. The campground is nice and you don't have a lot of choices in this part of Neb.

This is one of the worst camping spots I ever had. I paid for full service. When we got to the site the cable and water was broken. Also most of the laundry machines were out of service, not to mention it was not very clean. When we went to leave the sewer dump was blocked so you could not use it. What a disappointment!!!! I Sent an e-mail to them, but I never got a response. I will not shop there anymore. I cut up my charge card. Their prices are way to high for most things, but one thing... Read More

This park is conveniently located right off I-80. That being said, this could probably be a drawback as well, as there is a fair amount of road noise from the interstate and the surrounding roads which receive a lot of traffic. Now, would we stay here again? Definitely! The campground is fairly scenic with a white picket fence along its borders, grass and trees. There is plenty of space to walk your dog and roam as well as for maneuvering your RV. They even have corrals for you if you are... Read More

There is plenty of space to walk your dog and roam as well as for maneuvering your RV. They even have corrals for you if you are traveling with your horses. The price is right for a full hookup site that also has cable tv. You can walk to Cabelas to shop and to have lunch. The elk burger was great! You are also located near a bank, Walmart, a couple fast food restaurants and even a place where you can wash your RV. You check yourself in after looking at the board as you first drive in to see which sites are reserved and which are available. Here's a tip for you, though.....they were not all that faithful in updating the board, and a couple people set up on their site before paying for it and then, found out that their site was reserved already. I would suggest picking a site that appears to be empty and available, but BEFORE setting up and paying, going to the Cabelas store to find out if the site you chose is actually free. All in all, though, we were very happy with our camping experience here and even stayed another night when we had originally thought we would only stay one night and then, continue on our trip west from northern NY. Happy trails!

So happy we found this spot! Yes it's out in the middle of nowhere but if you have to stop near Sidney, NE this is the place. With Good Sam or AAA discount full hooks are only $31.06! The gravel sites were level. Lots of nice green grass. Pines trees. Trash bin was convenient. We didn't use the rest rooms but the outside of them looked nice and clean. There was a nice playground for kids. This campground is at their headquarters store. We walked in to pay for our site and they offered us a a... Read More

Highway is close but that's why it's so convenient! The store was very nice although we were there near closing so only got to look around for a little bit. There's a gazebo with a pond that's very nice but watch the ducks! I think they know it's the only water for miles! Lol we would definitely return here.
