Conveniently located near the airport, The Mayo Clinic and Downtown Rochester. Would call ahead for availability. Clean and well maintained. Dog walk area at the far end and not enclosed.

Back in site not level. Stayed 1 night in august over night and heading back home over night. Staff/owner NOT friendly at all. Neat and clean restrooms. No other amenities. Staff should get a job that does not deal with the public !!! Especially people that have been traveling for many hours. Would be nice to see and talk to a friendly person.

We stayed 1 night passing through the area. The park is a mile to so drive from US-63 (CR-16 Exit) off US-52 along a 2 lane road. There is construction on the interchange so access is challenging during the project. The park was built on a little hill so roads & sites have slopes. The sites are a mixture of back-ins along the edges and P/T's in the center. Several sites appear to be extended stay sites. The interior roads and sites are compacted gravel. The sites are a mixture of back-ins along the edges and P/T's in the center. Several sites appear to be extended stay sites. The interior roads and sites are compacted gravel. The interior roads and turns are very narrow, sloped, and tight with obstacles but we remained connected to the toad. The P/T's sites were long enough to keep the toad connected. This park doesn't understand the simple concept of the importance of a flat, level site as the parking pads have a slope/pitch making leveling a challenge depending on your individual system. Distance and grassy area establishes privacy between the sites. Site had enough room for opening slides. They have full hook ups - water, electricity (50/30 AMP), & sewer. The sewer connection was at the ground so established a downhill flow. There was an outside table. No fire rings or pits allowed. There were trees throughout the park so satellite reception would be dependent upon site assignment and your dish configuration. The park brochure showed 8 broadcast channels. Didn't try to get any broadcast channels. The park provided WiFi was good. It was password protected. Our Verizon WiFi hotspot worked well. Didn't try the NET10 phone so don't know about cell phone reception. No designated fenced pet area. The designated pet area was at the end of the park near the pond. It was a well maintained grassy area. There were bag dispensers and collection stations for waste around the park. There was sufficient space to walk dogs along the park's roads. For being in a hazardous/severe weather area, there was no underground storm shelter. None of the structures in the park were identified as a severe weather shelter. The park brochure identified the closest storm shelter was a mile away at the Rochester airport. There was a storm siren nearby. The park is located in a semi rural setting. Probably wouldn't stay here again if traveling through the area. There was another park on the North side of Rochester that appeared to have been built on open and level ground.

Very clean and quiet park. No noise problems at all during our stay. We were a late arrival but our site info was posted at the office. Short ride into Rochester. We asked for and were granted permission to be a late checkout with no hassle or extra charge.
