I love this RV park. The people are very nice. The place is beautiful with two ponds, lots of well kept green grass, a Koi fish pond, a penninsula surrounded by lake on three sides. Lots of large trees . Sea birds on the lake. A fishing hut. A garden where peope are invited to pick tomatoes, squash and jalapeno peppers. I have greatly enjoyed staying here.

Site we were parked on was so unlevel we had to put over 2 inches of levelers under driver side wheels of camper - first campground we have ever had to do this outside of overflow at Samborees. Lots are way too narrow, we are lucky we don't have slide outs or we could not have opened them, as it was we could not open awning. Park and lots are right on the 5 lane Wire Road in Auburn - traffic noise all night long was awful. Worse then parks on interstate. Advertised cable TV in Good Sam Listing... Read More

Park and lots are right on the 5 lane Wire Road in Auburn - traffic noise all night long was awful. Worse then parks on interstate. Advertised cable TV in Good Sam Listing - but not available during our stay and according to what we were told not available except during fall football season. Park is built apparently to make money on fall Football fans coming to the Auburn home games( basing this on info given to us even listing free shuttle service to stadium). NO PARK APPEAL. Not even a good park to stay at for business and sleep at night due to traffic noise. No amenities for kids so families need to keep this in mind. The only thing we can figure is there were about 6 class A concreated pull through lots and this must be what the high Good Sam Ratings were given for at this park. All other lots and roads are gravel. We will be back for business in April of 2016 but will NOT be staying at this park.
