I wish I could rate it a 0. Beware!! If you happen to come after rain you may sink like we did! No gravel getting to your spot. Just soft mud for us. It was awful! Even the so called roads through the campground looked like they needed gravel 2 years ago. It was literally camping in a mud hole. We felt lucky to pull out of there because we were afraid we might have to be pulled out with a tow truck.

We camped here over Columbus Day weekend which was the last weekend they were open. Weather was not the greatest - they had had a lot of rain and the sites were understandably muddy. Owner recommended going the long way around the loop which made backing into the site much easier. They asked us to stay off the grass on the other side of the road due to the heavy rain but that was impossible to do and still back our rig around the tree(s). (Sorry....) They asked us to stay off the grass on the other side of the road due to the heavy rain but that was impossible to do and still back our rig around the tree(s). (Sorry....) The actual spot for our camper and for our cousins' motorhome were level but the rest of the site had a definite slope and we could not place our picnic table anywhere level. Mediocre wifi was available for a fee but was difficult to log onto and use. Check-in was easy and they were ready for us. Everyone was very nice. Dogs are allowed but they have a very long list on their "no aggressive breed" policy but we noted a German Shepherd (on their list) going down the road with its owner and not on a leash. There appears to be quite a few season campers at this park. It is up in the hills south of Ithaca - very close to Treman State Park and any shopping (Walmart, Wegmans, etc) you might need. They have a camp store in the main office but that was pretty much empty due to their closing for the season. Water pressure was good enough for us to shower comfortably in our rig. My cousin used their showers at the pool/office building which she said were very nice. The pool was (of course) already closed for the season but the pool area appeared well maintained. Sites were pretty close together - we could easily hear conversations from the sites on either side of us. Each site had a fire ring and a picnic table. I would probably camp here again for a one or two night stay.
