Potholes everywhere. Bad potholes at each end of the entrance bridge. Bad wifi. Bad picnic tables. Not a good KOA

3 3 out of 5 stars 07/27/2022

Good campground, sites are dirt, laundry cost too much, restroom and showers are okay. Wifi is okay

4 4 out of 5 stars 10/04/2018

Stayed for 3 nights and thought we could visit / explore Jasper. We did, but it was a 45 mile drive one way to Jasper. The KOA is a nice enough park with pull through sites. Staff led us to ours after a painless check-in. Wifi was non-existent, not just the usual slow, but non-existent. Hinton has excellent food, fuel, and retail opportunities. Easy entrance off the main highway. We would stay here again.

Very welcoming office staff and guide who took us to our spot. Guide even offered to help us get set up. Park is just a bit out of town. Hinton has all stores that you would want. Sites very room and well manicured. On our way to Alaska, I wish we could stay here longer. I highly recommend this Campground
