Great campground! One of the best camp stores i've seen. Friendly service. Lots of things to do. Well worth the drive. You will go through town to get there and it is a little hilly to drive to, but nothing our Bounder couldn't handle.

Exiting southbound I-75, its a long route (20-30 min) to the campground and on steep roads that are not very wide. We are a big rig, and did fine, but would not do it again. The campground does have long pull thorough sites here, but who wants to drive this far to stay for an overnight, much less for a inferior campground? The interior roads in the campground are a joke. They are not paved, even have a one way road getting to the main section of campground where they put us. Note, if it was... Read More

They are not paved, even have a one way road getting to the main section of campground where they put us. Note, if it was raining, it would be a real mess. Not well designed. Even the sewer port is to far to the rear of the site, about 70' back, we had to find a third hose extension to reach it. The site was unleveled and the gravel was not compacted and definitely it is not done on a regular basis. There are weeds all around us and those were not cut recently. Some campers had 3 vehicles at their sites and the roads in-between are very narrow and curved, so it made navigating by difficult. There are tents intermingled next to all kinds of trailers and motorhomes, instead of being sectioned off. Noisy late at night and no supervision to be seen. Wi-Fi was not good at all. Water pressure was fine. I understand campers may like the amenities that come with the price but, the conditions and grounds are below average, and not well maintained. Definitely not recommended.

We stayed about 3 weeks to visit family. The park is attractive and lots of areas to walk. Lots of activities for families. We enjoyed the pool and playing tennis. The restroom at the office was nice as well as the laundry room. The dog park was nice. We enjoyed the park the best during the week as it was much less busy. Weekends are very crowded. Our site seemed somewhat small compared to other sites and we had a rain drain on it. During the time we were there it poured rain at least 4... Read More

Our site seemed somewhat small compared to other sites and we had a rain drain on it. During the time we were there it poured rain at least 4 times and the drain could not keep up with the rain. We had a swamp around our trailer and it was miserable getting in and out. I would highly recommend that the management consider putting gravel on the sites under the rvs as the dirt and grass were wet and soggy. We had to sweep the trailer out a lot. Internet and TV were OK. I liked that the park picked up garbage daily. Very nice service. We will probably return (but not during August with the horrible humidity and rain) and will ask for a different section to stay on.

10 days this time. Great campground for old (us) and young alike. Lots of activities. Or if you're like us, a wonderful place to just sit back and relax. This is our "spot" and will be returning again and again. The staff is very accommodating. Maintenance crews are very vigilant about park cleanliness and safety.
