We were pleasantly surprised at how nice this campground and surrounding area is. We were only there 1 night en route to our next destination (Branson, MO). But after seeing how nice the park is and how much there was to do, we wished we were staying longer. Situated on a pretty lake and surrounded by beautiful grounds. There are boats, sports areas, movies on the lawn. And the sunsets are amazing. Facilities are fine and fellow campers are friendly. A very relaxing and fun place to spend... Read More

Nice place to stay, it was close to home as this was the first trip in the rv as we just bought it

Beautiful state park. We were on a small loop about 150 yards from the water. It was a quiet, well-shaded site. Gravel loops/sites surrounded by extensive lawns and pockets of trees. The parks main roads are paved. Water/electric service at our site was adequate - we did not have sewer. We would have stayed longer if we didnt have to get back home so soon. At $22 per night, this park is a bargain and a gem.
