Made same day reservation. Asked if I could arrive early and they said no problem . Led to my site….was very spacious even for my 40 ft motor home….excellent cable and WiFi….bathrooms were well kept and wife used the laundry room and was impressed. Lots of stuff for the kids also. A definite recommend!

I booked an RV site for Labor Day, 9/3/18. At $97/night, it's a very expensive RV park - but it advertises a wealth of amenities. When we arrived at 3:30pm, no-one was in the office to check us in. I wandered around looking for someone, and realized that all of the "amenities" - pool, mini-golf, river floating, even the camp store l- were closed up. After a considerable wait, some guy comes by in a golf cart and leads me to our site. As he was driving away, I asked: (1) when/how do I register... Read More
I booked an RV site for Labor Day, 9/3/18. At $97/night, it's a very expensive RV park - but it advertises a wealth of amenities. When we arrived at 3:30pm, no-one was in the office to check us in. I wandered around looking for someone, and realized that all of the "amenities" - pool, mini-golf, river floating, even the camp store l- were closed up. After a considerable wait, some guy comes by in a golf cart and leads me to our site. As he was driving away, I asked: (1) when/how do I register and pay, (2) could I please get any written information available (standard welcome package, with at least a map of the park), and (3) could I please get a security card to let us in and out of the park. He replied: (1) you can register tomorrow morning on the way out, (2) he'd bring an information package by, and (3) why did I need a security card - was I going somewhere? Well, the next morning I stopped at the office, and surprise surprise, no one was there. After another search of the park, I finally found someone, who told me that I had already been registered and charged on my Visa card. In summary, horrible attitude, horrible customer service, and a rip-off price for a park with absolutely no services or amenities.
