This was our fourth time staying there and we were surprised to encounter multiple issues as there were no issues previously. It was an okay cheaper place to park the RV for a week. It has gone downhill for sure. This park is old and in disrepair. Apparently a large portion of the park is "permanent party" living in run-down trailers & houses. As we were setting up we were accosted by the guy in the motor home next to us with very LOUD music and then a sales pitch to buy some kind of wrap material... Read More

As we were setting up we were accosted by the guy in the motor home next to us with very LOUD music and then a sales pitch to buy some kind of wrap material he was selling. Soon after another EXTREMELY loud boom box from a tent camper started up. The tent camper's boom box was louder than the neighbor's boom box! Apparently they were either having a contest or a fight. The neighbor's child kept running through our campsite taking items out of the storage compartments and then getting under the RV! This went on for about an hour. We finally had enough. We were concerned about liabilities. We complained but the lady in the office said there was nothing she could do and that the owner was "on vacation". We asked for a refund but she said the owners never, ever give refunds for any reason whatsoever. Never. We left in disgust and will most assuredly not be going back to this place. GOOD SAM definitely needs to re-rate this park. Beware.

We were not impressed with this campground. It was the worst place we visited on a 3 week excursion. We had a pull-thru site near the pool, which was nicely shaded. Our grandsons wanted to swim, but after removing 4 dead frogs from the pool, they decided against it. The game room had a heavy cigarette smell. The restrooms and office are dingy and in need of a complete update. However, the lady working the office was pleasant.

Office open 4 hours a day. Some of park is nice for overnighter's, but the rest not so nice. Won't be going back. GOOD SAM needs to re-rate this park.

Our second stay. Older campground. Owners are apparently trying to improve as evidenced by a new rail fence being installed. Other than that, no visible change in two years. Called for reservations one day in advance and when we arrived they has marked us as no-show for night before our scheduled arrival. No record of our previous stay but, when name was entered into their system, our credit card information was there! A bit disconcerting, to say the least. No explanation as we "apparently... No explanation as we "apparently had not been there before". Several long term guests. Sites narrow with barely sufficient room for slides. Unable to put out awning. Sites are wooded. Restrooms are clean. Did not use laundry. Be sure to use directions in listing as your GPS will bring you through the town. We had a pull-thru site .

We did not have one complaint....the facilities were spotless, the owners were more than helpful. We have stayed in campgrounds from NH to Iowa...this was one of the cleanest. We will return. Thank you!

The park was located in a very pretty, wooded area and was quiet and appeared safe. However, we were disappointed: 1. The water pressure was extremely low. So low that we used our backup water storage to shower. 2. Poor cable connection. It was so garbled, we could not use it. 3. Poor drainage on the facility. There was standing water throughout the park, even many hours after the rain had stopped.
