Yes I am unhappy. I've never written a review and hate reading a drawn out review from an unhappy camper but feel In this instance, the facts must be shared. Upon arrival to our site it was occupied by what appeared to be a live in. Because we had reservations, made 4 months prior, one of their employees used his truck to pull the TT out of the site and place it elsewhere in the park in a non sewer site. Supposedly there were no other FHU sites available. In doing so, they spilled sewage from the TT over a large part of our site. I had to ask for it but they did finally come with 2 hand buckets full of rock to spread over the worst area. That was just a bandaid. The entire process from the time we checked in til we could pull into the site took 2 hours. We stayed 2 nights (because of other commitments) and we smelled sewage the entire time. Couldn't even be outdoors at all. They also have an issue of no water pressure in several of the sites when filling the pool. Of course ours was one of those sites. (Site 42). There was not even enough water pressure to flush the toilet. This lasted 2-3 hours, right after dinner time when everyone is trying to cleanup and get showers. There were other small smaller issues as well but we've learned to live with those over the years. No park is perfect! There was a family reunion being held in the park and the park was loaded with kids who used our site to cut through to get to the pool. Right thru the sewer spill!!! I was advised that the Manager was headed out of town for the weekend so after the sewer issue we parted ways. When I called her this morning to readdress the issues and discuss a partial refund she hung up on me. Very unprofessional.

Pool was nice. Office staff friendly. The whole place could use updating.

We arrived on Sunday evening. On Monday morning we tried to use the bathroom facilities. Unfortunately, the overall bathrooms smelled of damp and mold, and there was no hot water. We called and left a message with the office and a call back number, we did not hear from anyone. The next morning we attempted to use the showers again, no hot water. It might have been because it was considered off season, although there was nothing to indicate that was the case on their website. Our site... Read More

Our site was with 30 amp and full hook ups, but the sites are so close together, we did not open our blinds. In addition, there was no one available during the day, hours during this stay were from 2:00 to 7:00 but we never did see or meet anyone from the campground. We cannot in good conscious recomment this campground.

Located next to the entrance to Pipestone National Monument about 25 miles north of I-90. First time registering without a reservation. We were accommodated and provided with a list of nearby restaurants that delivered. Cable TV available. Dog walk area but not enclosed. Good, clean campground.
