We had so many issues during our stay. The park is old. We called about water pressure it was so low we had no hot water. They said there was nothing they could do. Our electricity kept turning off and on called them again and was told to unplug surge protector and use 30 amp service instead of 50 amp nothing else could be done. They have a sign saying speed limit 5-1/2 mph people driving 25-30 This place was over $100 per night and not worth it Siesta Key Beach was close and beautiful

Park only cares about selling permanent housing. RV sites are a very sorry state and obviously NOT of importance to owners. Amenities are terrific but since they sell access to locals not staying in the Park, it is filled with kids running around with zero parental control. We left after 2 days. This is just another Florida park more interested in selling real estate than accommodating RV's. May have been nice at one time - but we will not be returning. Local area is terrific. We are trying another... Read More

I want to echo some of the other comments. VERY LARGE campground (1500+ spaces if I remember). We stayed December 22, 2016 until New Year's day. Obviously a busy time with the holidays. If you like a very busy park with lots of crowded amenities, this may be for you. I walked the entire park and visited all the restrooms. They were all clean and well maintained. As another reviewer commented, your perception depends a lot on your space. We had a decent sized back-in space on grass. Many of the... Read More

As another reviewer commented, your perception depends a lot on your space. We had a decent sized back-in space on grass. Many of the pull-throughs looked very tight. Very little privacy in most spaces. Some are paved and look better than others. We found the staff friendly and helpful. One minor issue with rowdiness Christmas eve, but not unexpected for a crowded park. Lots of pets, so our jumpy little dog was nervous with all the company :). But the pet walking area was nice, and they have several fenced dog runs. The pool and bar areas are a major plus. Lots of activities and play areas in the park. We do not personally like such a crowded, closed-in feeling park, but many people, including our long term neighbors love it.

Very crowded facility. Lots of manufactured homes with RV sites spread among them. Lots of activities, whatever your interest they seem to have it. Always something going on. Several nights, excellent entertainment in main hall. Sale of properties noticeable priority. Would return but did find it quite pricey in comparison to other parks. Great pool, caf, and bar area.

Park is leaning toward Park Model sales. Camping sites are getting fewer and fewer. They are starting to pack in campers tighter and tighter and in with the longtime renters. Great pool and bar area but they are packed with kids on some weekends. They sell passes for locals for the aminities that are part of campers fees to stay here. Very crowded and unruly at times all over. Rules are not followed and management does nothing about them untill it becomes a problem. Prices have gone up at an alarming... Read More

Your opinion of this park will to a great extent be deterred by the location of your site. Like several parks in FL, this facility is comprised primarily of manufactured housing. Our site had housing to the front and rear, a Prevost on one side and a small pop-up on the other. They have a very nice, very large pool which, naturally enough, attracts a zillion kids. I counted over 200 bikes in the pool bike rack. The site was gravel but had a nice concrete patio. Bottom line: if you like to stay among... Read More

This park had lots of amenities with a large water slide, pool bar, etc. We had an RV Premium site. It was a tight fit for a Class A Diesel Pusher. The roads are narrow and difficult to maneuver in. Overall the park seemed very crowded.
