This is a peaceful campsite. Ideal for a stopover when traveling. Staff was excellent as we were a late arrival. Not much to do at the campground itself but if you have a car there is activity within a short drive. Will stay again.

A very clean and quiet campground. Rates are very reasonable. A few minor things. We are retirees, a Class A, but no car carrier. We were stuck. There really was nothing for us to do. They do have a fishing pond, unfishable due to numerous cattails and algae. We were unable to get a full hook up site due to late reservations. They do have a dump station. We were unable to pay for the dump site Sunday before leaving Monday morning. The office was not open. It is a nice , peaceful and quiet place... Read More

first cash only, i don't understand that, but not a problem.. the men's restroom wasn't available, it was being up dated, again not an issue.. the place is very nice, quiet and peaceful.. the people running are very pleasant and nice.. we enjoyed our stay 3 nights. however without laundry not convenient for long visit...

Check in was a bit of challenge. We'd called on the way to make sure we could get a site - yes we could and told the office we'd be in about 5:30. We were told if there isn't anyone in the office call. We got there at 5:25 and called. It took a couple of minutes for the person to come get us but they did. Note: this is a cash only park. The site we were assigned was gravel but easy enough to level our coach on. Hook ups were easily accessed. Overall: Sun Valley was easy to find - fairly priced.... Read More

Restrooms were adequate but just adequate. Lots of bare wood very open layout. Some turns were a bit tight. This was okay for an overnight with a pretty view of a local lake.
