Arrived on Friday and the Basket Water Dump did not work. It finally started working Sunday at 1pm. There were more pot holes in the streets and parking spots than you could count. The large canopy by the Lazy River was ripped. My Grandkids Love the pool, water slide or I would not go there. I have been going there for years and it has gone downhill. Next year I'll be trying a different Yogi Bear park in a different city.

There were Cockroaches in my cabin, along with other small bugs crawling around my loft. But other than that my family and I loved the place.

The park's water features are fairly nice and offer a variety of options for children from 2 - adult. However, we noted black algae growing in the entrance of the lazy river and the bathrooms were totally nasty. The camping/cabin facilities are awful. The roads are too narrow and bumpy, there is absolutely no signage instructing ways to enter or exit the park, the RV sites are mostly dirt and not maintained and all the sites are too closely spaced. They advertise that they accommodate big rigs,... Read More

They advertise that they accommodate big rigs, but the roads are almost too narrow for big rigs to navigate. When the park is fully occupied, there is no room on the roads for big rigs to move through the park. I am surprised they are allowed to associate themselves with Jellystone Parks. They fall well below the Jellystone Parks standard and are not worth the premium price they charge.
