First impression was good. Owner was polite etc. Informed us to set up wifi before going to site or it wouldn't work. We were parked up on the hill giving us a nice river view, except for the two power lines running by about 10 feet off the ground. Sewer dump was behind water and electric at the back of our site. Would need a lot of hose to reach it. Full timer next to us had two hoses linked together just to reach it. 30 amp electric was down to 100V. Interesting"rules" sheet. #6 Quiet hours are... Really? Rule #11. Do not move fire ring. Ours was almost in the road. Literally part of it was in the gravel road way. So to enjoy the fire you would have to sit on the road? Seriously? If you have children I would read the rules sheet before checking in, and bring extra money if you have more than two. When I asked about where I might be able to drop and park my rig for a couple of hours after checkout, while we visited relatives nearby, they suggested for us to drop it off in town (8km away on a very rough road) at the local park. No offer to extend our stay or use one of the mostly empty sites in the park. Once you pay, your on your own is all I can say. Except say it quietly. After all, quiet hours are all day!!
