This campground has a very nice layout, bath/shower and laundry areas and is easy to get to. This is not a place that you would want to stay with kids if you want them entertained with a pool and play ground. It is a great place to stay if you are in Milwaukee for a baseball game, the Harley Museum or festivals.

We stayed here for two nights when in Milwaukee for the Harley Davidson museum. Great location for accessing downtown Milwaukee museums, sports venues, etc. It's more of a large parking lot than a campground, that most people use for 1-2 day stopovers. We had a large FHU site right next to the office and laundry room, which was clean and well-kept. Good wifi signal and cell reception. Close to a highway, but the noise was not an issue for us. This campground is really a parking lot on the Wisconsin State Fair Park complex. It has some strange sewer hook-ups and a few sites are a uneven but overall it's pretty darn nice. It's very clean, dog friendly, and close to everything Milwaukee has to offer. With the current construction in the area we worried that there would be a lot of noise and commotion. The morning freeway noise was a little loud but not overpowering. We didn't notice any construction noise. I'd imagine that a summer... Read More

This is a large, paved, parking lot with RV hookups. However, it is all about LOCATION. The park is convenient to all Milwaukee has to offer, including the Brewers, Harley, the Lakefront. Bathrooms and showers are clean. Nice laundry. Everyone is friendly. Only downside is that some sites are not very level.
