That was news to me because i paid for the whole season. The office staff makes to many mistakes and i was told lies about the service. I feel i'm being kind by giving them two stars.

What happened here?! This was a beautiful park in 2018 when we stayed here! Now several park model sites appear abandoned and all kinds of appliances and trash! Very sad. Lots of broken down and oil leaking equipment driving on roads. Was afraid to follow into our site. And we were really looking forward to the pool but it still isn't anywhere close to being done! I think we need some new maintenance and management staff. Maybe Good Sam needs to review its ratings for this park!

We only stayed one night and the space was large enough and long enough that we did not have to disconnect. The bathrooms were great, the balance of the facilities we did not use. The park was having a pool installed the day we stayed, not sure how long before it is complete. The park also had an ice cream social the day we stayed, the people at the social were welcoming and friendly. We walked to the local Pizza place and I definitely recommend Silly Al's Pizza. Stayed for one night while traveling to Tucson. The overnight sites are pull through sites and were plenty big for my 35' 5th wheel. Staff was very friendly. WIFI is extremely slow so don't rely on that. Sites are gravel but they have paved roads. There is nothing in the town of Quartzside other than a large flea market and if you like that kind of thing you will have fun exploring the market. No restaurants worth visiting. Many snowbirds and I don't understand why they would want to spend the winter season in this town, probably because the monthly rates are so low. There is a nice coffee shop called Rock Java off highway 95 and it was cozy and served fairly good cappies and lattes. We spend another night there on the way back from Tuscon. I would rate this park as a 3.5 out of 5. I would stay there again when passing through.

We'd been reading so much about the Arizona RV snowbird phenomena and specifically how thousands of RV'ers make Quartzsite their winter destination. Wanted to see for ourselves what the attraction was, so we booked 4 nights at the Holiday Palms RV Park based primarily on the positive reviews as there are reportedly 60 RV parks here. No stores or decent dining within 50 miles. . The park itself is on the meh side of OK. It is one of few parks here that actually has paved roads. Sites are gravel... Read More

Sites are gravel and fairly level. Park is geared almost exclusively to seasonal/long termers with many park models and permanently installed RV's. Although staying 4 nights, we were still relegated to the half dozen "overnight" spots immediately adjacent to the office and highway. Our site was just big enough for our 38' trailer, but parking the TV was a challenge. No charm or ambiance at all. Big rig noise all day and night on Main Street. Laundry facility was nice and there is a game room and spa. WiFi exists, but after 6AM is unusable. Quartzsite itself is a dusty armpit. I cant for the life of me comprehend why someone would choose to spend several months here in the winter. There is nothing attractive about this town or the surrounding wasteland. There is a small grocery store that struggles to keep the shelves stocked and, other than fast food chains, a couple of dingy decrepit cafes that serve bland and boring food. Otherwise, you would have to drive to Yuma (80 miles) or Havasu City (70 miles) for any semblance of provisioning. Judging by the endless caravan of RV's flooding into town towing Polaris-type ATV's you'd assume that this area was an off-road enthusiast's mecca, and there are fine OHV trails nearby, but the snowbird set seems to find them trendy golf carts here and use them to buzz around town. Most RV "parks" here are dirt lots and it is amazing to see the brand new $300K class A's wedged between 1950's era single-wides that are slowly disintegrating into the desert. Staying 4 nights here was 4 nights too many. Big pass.

We stayed here in our 41' 5th Wheel. We had called ahead and told them we would be arriving late. They had our paperwork waiting at the office when we arrived and even though it was dark, it was no problem finding our site and pulling in. Very large and clean sites. We would stay here again.

Nice Park, can hear road noise from Highway 10 & the main street in Quartzsite. Restrooms are clean, shower stalls are not large, but each has a stool. There is one shower that is somewhat handicap accessible. There is a lip of about 3 inches to access the fiberglass shower stall. The stall is larger than the others and has a larger shower chair. If you use a cane, or a walker you can probably use the handicap shower stall, but you can NOT roll a wheelchair into the shower stall. The hot tub... Read More

The palm trees are in very good condition, so are the other AZ type plantings around the office & rec hall area. Water quality is good for the south west. There is daily trash pick up at your site. Holiday Palms WIFI access is problematic. Because cell phone service is fairly good we are using our cell phones as a hotspot. Laundry room is spacious, has laundry carts & tables for folding clothes. Nice park for a month's stay. If I needed just an overnight, I might look for a cheaper campground. However, if I wanted to use the campground showers and laundry facility I would recommend this park.

We enjoyed our stay at this park. Very easy to get to the park and the sites are big and level. The staff was super friendly, bathrooms are very clean and the amenities were nice. We will definitely stay here again!

This is a mobile home/snowbird park with some spots up front for overnighters. Since I didn't know if we would actually be able to get to it because of distance from the previous nights camping, I emailed and asked if there would be a problem getting a site if we just showed up. I was told, "no problem, just come on down". What I was not told was that, since it is their off season, the office closes at noon. Since I didn't know if we would actually be able to get to it because of distance from the previous nights camping, I emailed and asked if there would be a problem getting a site if we just showed up. I was told, "no problem, just come on down". What I was not told was that, since it is their off season, the office closes at noon. When we got to the campground, with no one to greet us, we tried to follow the directions for checking in. There were no "envelopes" in the box for us to fill out and pay for the site. The map they provided telling what spots were available was all marked in, except for one spot, which we took. Turned out more spots were available, but no one bothered to erase the markings from the night before. We had to call an emergency number to get the bathroom/shower code. They need to fix their off season check in process. As to the park itself, it was more than satisfactory for an overnight stay. Passing other parks on the way to this one made it apparent this was the nicest one in Quartzsite, at least compared to the ones we saw.

In which other park can you wash your car? How about changing your oil? You can here and there is so much more to be said in favor of Holiday Palms. We have stayed 3 times so far and the manager recognized me even though it is 2 years since our last 1-night visit. Can you ask for better personal service? The pull-thru sites are easy to get in and out of. We cannot think of a negative comment about the resort.
