Positive first, great office staff! Clean facilities and good laundry room. Unfortunately that's all the good, incredibly tight spots (can smell the marijuana from your neighbors) filled with permanent RV's that haven't moved in years. So tight that at night if emergency vehicles needed to go down some roads they couldn't due to the vehicles that our parked. The "rules" are lip service based on the amount of tents and stuff visible on the long term sites! Can not recommend this RV park for any timeframe.... Read More

And yes we chose to stay a month for family but never again we will go to others even if we have to drive.

Traveling full-time in a 38-foot coach we stayed 1-night in a pull-thru site for big rigs which was long enough we were able to leave our car attached. Each site had a strip of grass separating the sites. This was our first visit here. If you have satellite, it is unlikely you will receive reception because of all the beautiful tall trees surrounding the park. We enjoyed our one-night stay here and would stay again.

We stayed here for an event at the fairplex in a 45' MH. The location is great and the park was very nice. Would definately stay here again!!!

Lots of rain lots of mud. Spaces for pull throughs very narrow one rv on top of an other.Airport less then 1/2a mile away small plaines and hellacopters flying low all day and night. Trains blowing whistles day and night.Never saw security at all. More campers live here permanently, it looks more like a one story apartment building then a camp ground. KOA should look into who they give there name to. Also no cable
