We wouldn't stay here again. I've never posted a bad review in all our years of travel trailering. Made our reservation on line in August for October visit, but cannot complete reservation payment on line. You have to call them on phone to make a payment. We were told there was a new owner. Upon arrival, the gas station there has been closed, so no fueling up. The access driveways are very narrow and there are two narrow concrete pads on each site for the tires. We had to jockey the truck and trailer to get them both on the concrete pads on each side. They have large gravel rocks all over that are difficult to walk on. I backed up a step on the pavement and almost fell when my foot rolled on one of the large pieces of gravel. Their web site lists cable TV as an amenity. Don't be fooled. You have to make a $75 refundable deposit and then you are given a baggie with four cords and a remote and some not so great hookup instructions. After 3 trips to the office with questions about the cable hookup process, we gave up and returned it all. The office staff admitted other customers sometimes have difficulty with their cable TV hookups too. No cable TV for our 3 night stay there. I asked for a discount because we just couldn't get the cable TV hooked up and was told the owner was out of town. The office staff then told us the cable TV was "optional". Never heard back from them on a discount for no cable TV service. We also noticed on many of the sites that the shade trees had been cut down. On the plus side, they offer free donuts in the morning, the bathrooms were clean and there is shopping close by. However, that's not enough to get us to come back. There are other alternative RV parks close by in Carson City and Minden that we will stay at for future trips.

There is new management and they no longer honor the Good Sam discount. There is not a RV wash or gas on the property. There is propane for purchase. The WiFi didn't work for us. There is a `general store' that seemed to have a bit of everything including liquor. The store front area was cute. It'll be great when all spaces are full and shopable. Maybe a restaurant or a cute trinket Shop should be nice. The property is right on 395 and you can hear the traffic if you are close (as we... Read More

There are lots of monthly rental's on the property with some very old, not taken cared for trailers/RV's. The employees were considerate and polite. We did not use the pool and only peeked at the fishing pond (decided not to use). It's in a great location, close to Virginia City and Silver City. I probably won't stay here again, mostly because there were so many unappealing long term rentals there and because of the price and not honoring the discount. I feel that there are many more `resort-like' parks in the area for the same price (approx $50/night).

This park has over 200 sites and a few tent sites. You register at the gas station/general store - which has all your basics. So pulling in is easy and the roads in the park are also easy to navigate. Check in was fast and friendly. Even though the park is on Hwy 395 there is very little road noise. The sites are all gravel and level. We were in site 114, pull-thru with full hook-ups - no problems with the hookups, and plenty long enough for our 37' Class A, tow dolly and parking the car. A little... Read More

A little wider than normal. There are two dog parks, one small and one medium size. They have a catch and release pond with some golf holes around it. There is a rec room, pool and laundry room, all of which are clean. We stayed October 8-12, 2017 and paid $23.71 a night with our Passport America discount. WiFi was okay, Verizon signal good. You are not far from Lake Tahoe and Carson City.

Not a bad spot except the hookups are at the very back of the site and our sewer hose wouldn't reach. Cable didn't work but I don't know if was them or me. Sites have a concrete pad and gravel all around it. Park your tow or toad in the gravel. Plenty of room. Restrooms were clean and nice. There is also a pool. Close to things to see in Carson City. Would stay again using Passport America at $22.50 with tax. Probably look else where at full price. We had a pull-thru for easy in/out. Wifi was ok... Read More
