What a wonderful park in Roswell. At arrival, we were greeted by a friendly staff who had all of our information squared away. The pull through lots were very easy and spacious. The restrooms were very clean and nice. Our dogs loved the long green grass dog park. It was a dead sprint for them to the very back of it. LED lighting on the dog park at night. Everything was kept clean and nice. Will definitely stay here again when visiting family in Roswell.

Very well maintained and peaceful facility, owners are very friendly. Park is located minutes away from downtown attractions. Our grandson loved the pool. We'll definitely stay here again!!

Beautifully kept, quiet, peaceful stop. We even had a bird nesting in our tree.

We only stayed one night but were very impressed. To begin with, the park was easy to get to, easy to navigate through, clean, and quiet. The spaces were buddy spaces on the back side where we stayed, and the gravel spot was as level as any we have been on. The restroom/showers were secure, clean, and very nice. We both like to use the park showers when staying, we were not disappointed. The lot we stayed in was long enough for our truck, 5th wheel, and toad jeep. We are planning to stay next... Read More

The site is attractive and easy to access and find. Cell service was fine, I cant speak to the wifi. The big bug I had here was that the restrooms were closed "due to Covid" and nowhere on their website or in the GoodSam info was this mentioned. In hindsight I should have been wary because they had restroom issues in reviews before the pandemic. Also they had a four page printout of rules. They never asked us the age of our 15 year old rv or we would have been banned. The dog park was large... Read More

Okay park but they have 4 typewritten pages of rules and they threatened eviction without refund if you violate almost any of them. If you have a dog, better call first. Even German Shepherds are allowed. I won't stay here again for sure. Boo.

Stayed in 5th wheel, back area, restrooms were locked and coded, management refused to give out codes, so was never allowed to use. They change codes weekly if they notice anyone using them. If you are paying for the park and its amenities, (you get no amenities) the bathroom should be included. They have signs posted that if you are monthly you are not allowed to use them. You will pay more at this park but you are literally only getting a spot to spend the night since they want to restrict the... Read More

You will pay more at this park but you are literally only getting a spot to spend the night since they want to restrict the amenities that are at their park. The staff is unfriendly and keeps a hawks eye on their bathroom which means they also watch you as you exit the bathroom. I have been watched going to and from my RV (even for a stroll) on multiple occasions. I have full-timed around the country for 3 years and never felt so uncomfortable at an RV Park. If you do anything other than sit inside of your RV, you will be singled out and watched. They ride around on their golf carts and make note of who is doing what and what amenities they are using (which again, I thought was apart of the fee for coming to an RV park). DO NOT go here. Non-communicating, awkward staff makes for an uncomfortable stay. Their is a dog park, never cleaned, smell is overpowering, took our dog 1 time got stickers all over him, nightmare to get out. Clubhouse is always LOCKED, the fitness room is located their, do not plan to use, NOT ALLOWED, LOCKED UP! On check in stated it would be open 10-5 never happened! What a waste, this place has so much potential.

Used to be a nice family and dog friendly park not anymore they only accept pedigree dogs they no longer accept rescue mutts have stayed several times would have stayed several more but now you need to know the exact breed of your dog and unfortunately that puts a lot of us that rescue dogs on the no camp list. If anyone knows of any pet friendly places in Roswell please respond to this review or pm me.

Beautiful park. Very spacious. Sites and very long and wide. The park managers are the most accommodating we have met. Would recommend this park to all travelers regardless of the type of unit. We extended our stay and would stay again..you will love your stay

Excellent park, very professionally ran! Very clean restrooms/showers/laundry. Small workout facilities in the club house, close to almost everything in Roswell.

This is a nice clean park with big spaces, we parked our travel trailer and truck and had room for an additional vehicle. Restrooms, laundry room, and pool were very nice and the park was quiet. The two days we stayed the park put on a free concert with a single artist playing a guitar and singing, also provided free pizza for the concert. All we had to do was show up with a chair and drinks of our choice. We would stay here again, the only minor negative is the park long term residents seem to... Read More

This is only an issue if you are next to the well traveled path.

We camped at Town & Country RV and Mobile Home Park in a 40' Fifth Wheel and F250. Our site was a pull-through. The only reason I gave a 3 on the appeal rating is because the new section is a bit sterile looking.

Stayed here for two nights and found the Park one of the nicest and cleanest Parks we have been in in a very long time. All sites were gravel and well maintained. Hooks up were very good other than the sewer hook up is above ground level so you should use a sewer hose support. Very clean park with no unkempt long term units which makes a great change. Everyone seems to take pride in the place including the Mobile home park which shared the Pool (closed due to season) and community room. Nice... Read More

Gal at check in whom had served our country was gracious and accommodating. We will stop in again next trip through.

Stayed in September in 35' class A with toad. Stayed in the newer section behind the main park. Sites were gravel and fairly level. Hook-ups were OK, but septic is raised so drainage is poor. Staff was very friendly. Quite a few long terms, but park was fairly tidy and quiet. Did not use facilities. Not the park's fault, but the air was pungent with that special smell that livestock has. And probably as expected about a billion tiny flies to drive you crazy. You will not be spending time... Read More

We stayed one night here. We arrived after hours and they had everything ready for us. Very nice, clean, neat, well organized campsite. We stayed in the newer section which had a nicely paved road, new restrooms, lights, and level pads. The maintenance person was making rounds when we were hooking up. Restrooms were spotless! We stayed in the newest section. They have planted trees which need a little time to mature to offer any shade. Friendly management at the office. Good experience.

This was our second experience at this site. They have expanded and expansion has concrete roads, graveled sites, newly planted trees, a bath house and ample trash containers. The new site was a very pleasant surprise! It is located at the corner of two four lane roadways, but traffic is not disruptive. Roswell itself is an interesting experience ... a lot of history (alien museum). Bitter Lake Wildlife Refuge is nearby and a must see. I think, as RV'ers, we need to compare apples and apples. Is this a beautiful scenic park in the middle of a beautiful area? No. It's in Roswell NM. It's desolate and well... kinda ugly truth be told. If Aliens landed here, I"m sure they turned around and went home. I would have if it weren't dead center in the middle of where I was coming from and going to, and I couldn't go any further. That said, this isn't a bad little place. I would have given it 3 stars, but for that they aren't calling themselves... Read More

I would have given it 3 stars, but for that they aren't calling themselves a "Resort." This is an RV park. And for that; they exceed expectations. Sites are long and relatively flat. If you have a big'un you may need to straddle the "hump" in the middle. It is all gravel and concrete, HOWEVER; the dog park and area around has lovely paw-friendly grass. The dog park has a new little baby tree that will be nice in a few years. There are a LOT of long term residents here, I think that's the main focus of the park. But, it is tidy and not skenky looking, and everything is new (like other reviewers say) and well kept. EXCEPT: and here's where they lost the star for me... The pool was empty. If someone had told me at check in, I may have left them the star. There are some older trees in the older part, and lots of promising baby trees in the new part. I give them snaps for looking ahead and setting something up for the future. In all, I would return here, but only to stay over. Not a destination in and of itself. OH, and the price went up from Good Sam; out the door was $40; which is high for a concrete lot with an empty pool. Nice dog park, though.

We stayed at this park for one night. The sites were gravel but level and each site had a bit of shade for which we were grateful. They were very pleasant to work with and we encountered two minor issues that they resolved immediately. We didn't use restrooms, showers, laundry or anything else other than our full service hook-ups. We would stay again.

Very clean and well kept location. We were visiting for the UFO festival in Roswell which was about a 15min drive into town. The spots are spacious with all rock and NO grass. If you have a dog that is picky and needs to pee on grass you might want to ask for a spot closer to the dog park. The dog park was a large run, no shade for humans but perfect run for the dogs to play. The staff here are top notch!! They were friendly at check in, during the stay and check out. We stayed in the "new" section which is at the back of the park. That part has nice wide concrete driveways and gravel sites. Not exactly level even as it seems they could have been made level. They seem to have a hump in the middle. Wi-Fi was almost unusable, super slow even at 6:30am. Restrooms were nice and the entire new section is clean. They have an extensive selection of DVDs which they lend out. We paid $38 per night after GSC discount plus tax.
