Great little KOA, enjoyed our stay, convenient. Wish there were a few more amenities and things to do like shuffle board, mini golf, corn hole, pickle ball etc Clean, small, and quiet

We have stayed here several times. Management is very friendly and helpful. Great amenities at a great price. Easy in/out to I-81. There are a few places that deliver food to the park, if needed. We definitely recommend this park.

Great park. Quiet and restful. We stayed while waiting for a house closing nearby and we couldn't have asked for a better park. the campground hosts are friendly and helpful. If you are ever in the area for a night or a week, I would recommend stopping here.

We stayed here in a pull through 50 amp site with full hook ups. The staff was extremely helpful. They even gave me the Good Sam discount on their own at check in -- their notes had my Good Sam info from when I made the reservation. The site was nice and level. The setting is beautiful with lots of green space. The only complaint is the sites are close. The park is immaculate - very very clean.

Beautiful spot! We had a nice level pull thru site with full hook ups. The staff was very helpful and nice. The campground was clean and well maintained. They have a nice clean pool, driving range, catch and release ponds. We had a great stay. Will definitely stay again.

Baileyton RV Park is one of the better parks I have stayed in, we had a pull through site that was level, the Utilities are close at hand so hooking up was very easy, the management is very friendly and helpful. If you have a dog, it is very dog friendly, lots of space to walk your dog, far enough from from I81 that you don't get any noise, but close enough that the park is very easy to get to.

Very peaceful and clean campground with new pool and driving range. Large fields (completely mowed) for dogs to run off leash. VERY friendly and helpful staff. Close to I-81 but no traffic noise. Trash pickup at campsite twice per day. We will definitely stay at Baileyton whenever we travel I-81 thru Tennessee.

We appreciated such a clean and well maintained campground - nice parking pads, really clean bathrooms, nice laundry. Wish we could've tried the pool but too cool yet this time of year. Thanks guys!

Stopped for the night on our way back from Texas to West Virginia. Very nice campground. Owners are very nice. I am looking forward to bringing my grandsons back to mine for gems and fish in the pond. Nice peaceful campground would highly recommend it.

Extremely nice and helpful people running this place! Arrived with no reservation and that was no problem at all. Even loaned us cable wire for the night. Restroom/shower facility very nice and clean. Absolutely beautiful surroundings. Hope to stay here again sometime!

If seclusion, peace and quiet is what you need, then this is a stopping point. Place is clean, quiet and wifi is good. If you are thinking of getting away from everything, this is it. A lot of seasonal campers and keep to themselves. If you like to golf, then they have a driving range and golf course within walking distance. no idea how good the course is. Other than that, you will probably be heading to Pigeon Forge which is 70 miles away. (so says Google maps) -Great place for a one night... Read More

(so says Google maps) -Great place for a one night stop over or -Seasonal with all necessary hook ups, cable etc. that is very reasonable or -A good spot to land if going to the Bristol race.
