Pro’s: lengthy pull through sites. Con’s: Between arrival and departure the following morning, office was closed and never saw anybody who appeared to work at the park. Roads are narrow, rutted, with tight turns making it difficult for large class A towing. Hookups at very rear of sites making for about 30’ stretch for hookups which, after hooking up, posed no problem.. Between the hookup location and cars parked in sites forward and behind assigned site, must disconnect tow vehicle. Makes... Read More

Might be an OK short term spot for smaller RV’s. I’ve taken it off my future consideration list!

We stayed 1 night traveling through the area. We made reservations as we expected to arrive on a holiday so the office would most likely be closed. When we arrived, the office was closed. There was no arrival packet waiting for us. There were other arrival packets for other guests. According to the self-reservation board, the site we reserved was open when it should not have been available. Without the arrival packet, we didn’t get any codes for the WIFI or common facilities. Well after we had settled in, someone came by to confirm our status. We were provided the codes at that time but we didn’t need them to access the internet as we had already done that with our own service provider (NET10 hotspot). The park is a short drive from I-5 (Exit 631: Corning RD) along city streets. Access to the park is through a small shopping plaza. The interior roads are paved. The interior roads and turns pose a challenge to maneuvering as the corners are 90 degree turns with narrow roads. The sites are a mixture of back-ins and pull thrus. The parking pads are narrow gravel. The P/T sites were long enough to stay connected but the utility pedestals pose a hazard to entering the site as they are at the entrance end of the site and very close to the road & parking pad (especially for sites 28 – 47). They have full hook ups – water, electricity (50/30/20 AMP), & sewer. The sewer connection was at the ground so it was easy to establish a downhill flow. Due to the location of the utility connections, long cords or hoses are required to reach the connections. The sites were generally level and flat. Sites had sufficient room for opening slides but not much more. Some of the sites appear to be extended stay sites. Distance and grassy areas establish privacy between the sites. There was an outside wooden table but no fire pits as wood or charcoal fires are not allowed. There is an extensive seasonal tree canopy so satellite reception would be dependent upon your site and dish configuration. The park information showed only 8 “channels cable to sites” which included only 1 major network (NBC). No mention about OTA broadcast channels. Didn’t use the cable service or try to get any broadcast channels. Didn’t try the park provided protected WIFI. Our NET10 WIFI hotspot worked well. Didn’t try the NET10 phone so don’t know about cell phone reception. One designated fenced pet area appeared on the park map. Don’t have any memory of bag dispensers and collection stations for waste in the park. There was sufficient area to walk dogs along the park’s roads. TIP: Several fast-food restaurants within walking distance. Heard some amplified music at night.

One of the nicest little RV Parks that we have come across yet is in Corning, CA. It is called Heritage RV Park - https://heritagervcorning.com/. Only 75 or so sites but very mature trees, nice large sites - ours was a pull-through, so no backing up and plenty of room for the car. It was certainly a "Diamond in the Rough". It is only 1/4 mile off of the I-5 and hidden from site. You pull into the Subway and Little Caesar's Pizza Pizza and head for the back lot - and there it is! We met 2 of the... Read More

I told them that in my next retirement if I chose to own a nice RV Park somewhere - that it would be JUST like theirs. They have been working hard to make it special. The Park ws SO clean, the bathrooms and showers and the pool area all sparkled. The sites all looked very level and all of the hookups and the electrical post were all brand new and in great condition. You could tell that they had a lot of PRIDE in their place - it really showed! They even had a Doggie Bath! When I saw that on their website - I just knew that I wanted to stay there. I was (almost) wishing that we had a dog so that I could have utilized that very special amenity. We already have friends that want to stay there!

This was our second time staying in this park in a little more than a year and this time was for 2 nights. This is a nice clean and well maintained park. The park manager is very nice, helpful and professional. It is close to the interstate but along with that convenience is a bit of traffic noise but not enough to interfere with a restful nights sleep. Once on the parks grounds it hard to believe it's in the heart of a business area with a choice of places to go in walking distance. We felt very... Read More

I took a star off the restroom rating mainly because of the low shower heads, not built for people over 6' tall.

Older park which has been well maintained. Sites are relatively narrow but have good shade trees. Picnic tables are in rough shape. Pool was closed the whole time we were here.

.Stayed just one night. Park appeared clean and well maintained. Didn't use the pool but is looked clean and inviting. Easy access and very quiet. Would stay again if passing through.

We stayed at Heritage for two days and thoroughly enjoyed the stay. We booked our stay online ahead of time and then I called to add another day. The office was extremely helpful and worked us in for the extra day. The park is very clean with shade trees in every space. We were given a very nice pull-thru but back in sites are available. Most sites are flat gravel sites with some grass which make the park look very comfortable. There is a very nice sized pool, new pool furniture, showers and outdoor grill that is clean and easy to access. The WiFi was not extremely fast but compared to other RV Parks it was fast enough. Driving up to the park you will need to slow down and look for the Heritage sign. The park is located behind some retail stores. We missed it the first time and had to turn around on a little two lane road. We never noticed any noise from I-5 but it is very close and easy to access. The staff was always helpful, professional and provided information about the town. We stopped by the Olive Pit, a local hot spot for anything made with olives. Local stores and fast food is within walking distance from the Heritage Park. I will stay here again and recommend highly.

This park is well run and well kept.. Sites were clean and easy to get in and out of. They have a small dog park and very nice pool, close to all kinds of shopping.

This was the third time we've stayed at Heritage RV. It's clean, quiet, and close to shopping, restaurants, and gas. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Being in town, it's very convenient. I just wish it could be both convenient and outside town. Since we've stayed here in late fall and winter, I can't speak to the swimming pool, bocce court, or other activities. Yes, we would/will stay here again.

RV Park was very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Each site had trees, grass, picnic tables. Pet area was fenced. Community room and covered patio with table and chairs and pool table. Rocking chairs around propane fire pits. They also had a large swimming pool but it was closed for the season. Bathrooms were very clean and spacious. Very close to the Clairvaux Monastery and Vineyard as well as multiple olive oil manufacturing plants.
