Primarily a seasonal park with semi permanent units. Most were very well kept and cared for. Laundry and washroom facilities were good and in season there appeared to be a lot of on site activities available for guests including a full driving range. Wildlife around the on site pond added to the experience. Short term sites were essentially in an open grass field at the rear of the park, easily accessible including units with tow vehicles. Short term sites were essentially in an open grass field at the rear of the park, easily accessible including units with tow vehicles. Well kept grass sites, all services available.
However the daily $9 surcharge for 50 amp service and the $6 daily surcharge for a less than optimal WIFI was a surprise and one we had not encountered previously.
