We stayed at this park for one night. The park is much too cramped and crowded. The park is loaded with seasonal rv'ers and they are unsightly aND cluttered. I could not maneuver my motorcoach in this park. There are no picnic tables and no fire rings. We would not stay there again.

Stayed for a few months in between jobs, and only stayed here because there was no where else to go. This is literally the WORST place I have ever been to. I guess I will start from the worse and then go to the general? I had my vehicle broken into, and they did literally nothing. There are cameras here, but no one would help me. I guess I will start from the worse and then go to the general? I had my vehicle broken into, and they did literally nothing. There are cameras here, but no one would help me. There are tenants here that give the bathroom codes to their homeless friends so that they can shower. I have had 5 different tenants approach me out of the blue and let me know that people have keys to their place so don't be "alarmed" if shady looking people are coming in and out of their campers. As soon as the weather warmed up, people were outside building with power tools way into the 2-3 in the morning time frame on a continual basis. The staff CRUISES through at night on a golf course, I have nearly gotten ran over several times. The staff in general are of no help ever. Every time I had a question, I was met with a blank stare and "I'm not sure, you'll have to ask so-and-so" But then if I asked when they would be in "I'm sorry I cannot give out that information". Most of the staff were very rude as well. The showers didn't have hot water for several weeks, when I asked the staff about it, they were rude and told me that they would let me know when they fixed it, let them do their jobs. I'm assuming the hot water is fixed, I stopped using the public bathrooms when I found out tenants were giving out the codes to their local pals. There are passive aggressive notes posted ALL over the laundry room and bathrooms about cleaning up for yourself, which we are adults and we should, but you also have full time staff that are hired to clean. The washers take two cycles to rinse all the soap out of your clothes. There isn't WiFi here, it says there is, but there isn't. And I think that is about it. I think that Good Sam should take The Van Mall RV Park off of its list because while the location is great, everything else is just horrible. I sleep with my gun every night, I triple check my car locks every night (not that it mattered because my car was broken into with a slim jim as per the marks and the police report), and I am counting down the days until my new home is ready at the end of the month.
