We stayed 2 nights to attend to personal matters in the area. Tried making reservations online but the system didn't work. Called the toll free number. Once an agent started making the reservation, the call was lost. Tried that method a couple of times. Finally called the park directly. The agent seemed to be struggling to find a site. When we arrived, there were many vacant sites that remained vacant during our 2 night mid week stay. The park is a short drive from CA-46 along a 2 lane road that is showing its' age. East bound access requires crossing a busy 4 lane high speed highway making the turn potentially hazardous. It is located at the edge of town so services require a drive. The park was built on rolling terrain. There was an unsuccessful effort to tier the sites flat/level as they all seem to have some degree of slope - some more than others. The interior roads are paved, narrow, with vehicle encroachment and turns are sharp making maneuvering larger RV's a challenge. The sites are a mixture of back-ins and pull thrus. The parking pads are either concrete or gravel. The "Standard" P/T sites are arranged in a "buddy" site configuration. They were narrow with very little common space between the buddy sites and only a line of vegetation separating the adjacent site. The parking pads were so narrow, we couldn't open all of our slideouts or access storage bins on the open slideouts. The occupant in the buddy site, had over run our outside space and made no effort to return to their space. There wasn't even space to set a chair in the site. The sites are so short there was little space to park a towed so vehicles were obstructing the travel lane. They have full hook ups - water, electricity (50/30/20 AMP), & sewer. The connections are spread along the length of the site but subject to use by the adjacent site. The sewer connection was at the ground so it was easy to establish a downhill flow. There was an outside table and elevated BBQ but no fire pits. There were quite a few trees scattered throughout the park and around the perimeter so satellite reception would be dependent upon your site and dish configuration. The park information showed about 60 cable channels. No mention made about broadcast channels. Didn't try to get any broadcast channels. The park provided password protected WiFi was adequate to check email and research. Didn't try to stream. Our Verizon WiFi hotspot worked well. Didn't try the NET10 phone so don't know about cell phone reception. There were two fenced pet areas. The one nearest our site had a gravel surface. The only waste collection station was located in the pet area. There was sufficient area to walk dogs along the park's roads but very little common grassy areas along the site row for waste elimination. TIP: Wine tours are the big draw in the area so make reservations to ensure there is a site available.

Been staying here for years. Not as nice as it used to be. Grass in sites deteriating. Adult spa needs plaster repair. Had reserved a pull thru sie. Long and fairly level. All power and hook ups good. WiFi just okay. Came in at 12:30 and was informed a $20 fee for early arrival would be added. Never had this happen before. 2 pm. Check in. Just drove over and parked RV and went to Walmart . Staff seemed young and not friendly. All and all an okay place but not a destination resort for me any longer. Read More

We were very happy to pull into Wine Country RV after racing across the country for a family event (poor planning on our part). The resort is lovely and the staff extremely helpful especially in regards to wineries. Everything is kept pristine and the restrooms, laundry and pool, all facilities we used, are excellent. Some nights there is an outdoor bar that is open and it is nice to gather for a drink and meet others. We were traveling with a 60# spayed German Shepherd who particularly enjoyed... Read More

The resort is lovely and the staff extremely helpful especially in regards to wineries. Everything is kept pristine and the restrooms, laundry and pool, all facilities we used, are excellent. Some nights there is an outdoor bar that is open and it is nice to gather for a drink and meet others. We were traveling with a 60# spayed German Shepherd who particularly enjoyed the dog areas. For her size they were a little small for her to actually romp around and vent a little energy but at least she could be off leash for a bit. The one complaint I have, and it is NOT with the park, but rather with the irresponsible dog owners. Please pick up after your pet the park even provides bags and trash bins. Irresponsible dog owners not only make more work for the staff but make it unpleasant for other dogs following yours. This park also offers the possibility of renting studio, 1 & 2 bedroom "tiny houses" thus making this resort a good possibility for meeting up with friends and family who may not own an RV.

This resort is immaculate. Well-maintained landscape surrounds mostly paved pull-through and back-in sites of varying lengths. The facilities look great, though we did not utilize them. The utility hook-ups are modern and centrally located in each site. There are numerous cabins available for those not in RVs. There are dog runs. The park is conveniently located near Paso Robles. It offers winery discount or free tasting coupons for those in town for wine tasting. WiFi is available, but we... Read More

The utility hook-ups are modern and centrally located in each site. There are numerous cabins available for those not in RVs. There are dog runs. The park is conveniently located near Paso Robles. It offers winery discount or free tasting coupons for those in town for wine tasting. WiFi is available, but we used a phone hotspot for internet. That sounds outstanding... so why did I give such a low overall rating? RV parks in this area, from what I see on the internet, are one step above parking lots. This one is in the bunch. Each site is separated from the next by a mere 8' of grass, often with no shrubbery to provide separation. I could deal with that, though it's definitely not what I prefer. What took the Resort stay to the unbearable state for me was the fact that they've arranged their pass-through sites so that two adjacent sites SHARE that 8' bit of grass. Two picnic tables occupy that space and there's a shared BBQ. You can't open your awning without impinging on your neighbor. You stare at each other any time you're doing something outside. That's great if you're friends. I find it unacceptable. I'd be willing to stay here again, but only in the back-in sites, which don't have the ridiculous shared configuration. Unless you're extremely gregarious and don't need any privacy, avoid these pass-through sites!

This is a very nice park. Staff is very nice. Internet works great as long as you don't stream. Pool was delicious. Showers/restrooms are very clean.

Really a nice resort close to town. Very clean restrooms, laundry , and sites. We were up at the top of the hill looking out over the resort. We would recommend this park as we drove around the area and looked at others. We feel this is the best for the area.

Dirt RV sites not very attractive. Tight sites made for communal living.

Beautiful park nestled among the vineyards. We had a backing site that had a concrete pad, nice lawn area and picnic table. Staff was very friendly and helpful .we will definitely stay here again.
