Hi I think Good Sam needs to relook at this campground. It has gone way down hill. They are more concerned about long time rentals. They have allowed people to park where ever. On the grass which is now mud. Grass wasn't cut when we arrived. The picnic tables are a mess. Haven't been cleaned or painted for years. Don't even want to use them. Use a cheap tablecloth and throw it away after. Seen where the long term clients just leave the gray water tank open all the time. Even though they are camped... Read More

Suggest to find a different place to stay.

This park has a beautiful setting, helpful staff and great location for exploring Vancouver area. Cons - very small roads - we were on a "cul-de-sac" type of area and had to play musical vehicles to get our trailer in, then coordinate with the "neighbors" to get out due to the tightness of the units. Also, there was no place to park our tow vehicle; our "next-door-neighbor" actually rode his motorcycle under the hitch of our unit to get his bike onto under his awning area our 1st night there. Very small sites - campfire rings are very close to the RV's. Noisy including the resident kids' noise. If you're expectinq a quiet place, this isn't it. This park is predominantly full-time residents and travelers are just stuck in where ever there may be an opening without regard to size.

Nice park but...we booked a 40' motorhome but couldn't get to our site. Low branches, narrow, winding road. Had to cancel, but we could stay in their huge grass field with all the others who where too big. Downside $30/night to boondock!!! Lots of permanent trailers etc. Would do in a pinch for a small RV.

Pros - beautiful setting, lots of activities for kids, friendly and helpful staff, great location for exploring Vancouver area. Cons - very small roads - we were on a "cul-de-sac" type of area (site 112) and literally couldn't get our trailer out due to the many cars parked and the location of a nearby building. There was a manhole cover at our site; the smell was so bad we had to close our windows. Park staff solved our issue be placing a thick trash bag over the cover (it actually worked). Very...
